Yes, it was someone in Europe. 

Yes, mine came with a blue protective film on it. 

No, I don't know what happened to it, but it is no longer connected to my
car. 

I'd appreciate it if you could send a picture just to make sure that we're
talking about the same part (mine came from Precision Proformance I *think*
but can't be sure. 

I don't know how much of a market there is for just one of those puppies,
but assuming it's a match I'd be happy to buy it! (just in time for
Christmas too, and I was planning on putting a complete set on my wish-list)

Sometime in the past year or so someone had posted they lost one single Hall
lower a arm cover.I want to say it was in europe,but i could be wrong.
A friend of mine is putting some Pantera parts on Ebay and has one cover.It
still has the blue plastic protective film on it.It has a notch in it so i
do not know if there is a right and left or not.
I can take a pic and email to anyone thats interested.
He is asking $20 plus actual shipping cost via USPS.
Private email is quicker than replying to the list as i get the list as an
email the following day.
