[DeTomaso] Tire clearance Problem

Is the photo a 'before and after' or a 'drivers vs. passenger' with the new tires?
 
unfortunately the shock adjustment is not going to solve your problem. Have you checked rear wheel alignment i.e. toe, just to be sure there is noting untoward happening at the chassis mountings?
