The manifold pictured is only the lower half of a upper and lower
manifold set.
It mates to one of two R-Series upper manifolds:

 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-515U0003/?rtype=10 $299.95
 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/TFS-515UB008/?rtype=10 $389.95

Either upper is available in natural aluminum, silver or black finish.
The long runner upper takes a 75mm throttle body, while the Box-R plenum
accepts up to 90mm. Additional parts required include EGR spacer, fuel
rails, mass air sensor, computer, wiring harness, sensors (MAP, TPS),
inlet elbow, filter, etc. Not sure what the 351C lower will cost but
the 351W part is $369.95 at Summit Racing. Throttle bodies are in the
$150 to $350 range, depending upon diameter.

The two uppers provide distinctly different runner lengths. Which is
best for a particular engine will depend upon the rest of the build.
