be looking at a lot of cuts in the future.  Maybe he gets  it...although 
now we have reduced the 2/3rds vote to pass a budget to a simple  majority 
thanks to last nights vote on a proposition...so we could be seeing  all sorts 
of shenanigans from our legislature in the future trying to  

balance a $13 billion state  deficit!

Hell, that ain't nothin. We're up to about -$25 Billion here in Texas. It's 
always bigger 'n better here in the Lone Star State! Our Governor, Rick  
Perry, campaigned hard on his fiscal conservatism, turned down Federal 
stimulus  money on principle, and he won in a landslide. It's not really a  very 
big number to us here in Texas.
