Yep, we used to have a week before, day before, morning before itemized
checklist (sorta like a pilot's pre-flight).  Helps when you're overwhelmed
over a single problem and neglect something small that can turn into an even
bigger problem.  Design yours on an Excel spreadsheet,  it changes all the
