[DeTomaso] Galled stainless fastener - update.

9/16" bolt extractor,
air impact wrench,
chickenshit approach.

40 psi,
60 psi,
80 psi
Presto - out like it was lubed.
The surface pits are very small, compared to the big flakes I've seen 
before.
Maybe that's the impact wrench.

The pulley is off - the first try at pulling the balancer didn't - guess 
I shouldn't use a timing gear puller.
Anyway - I now have only one fastener left in the way of pulling the 
front cover.
I haven't stripped it either - the only way I can get at it is with a 
piece if 5/16 hex stock cut to 1 "
 and slid in with a 5/16 hex wrench already on it. I just can't get 
enough oomph on it to move it.
Maybe I can get a ball-end on it and try the impact wrench.
