[DeTomaso] Galled stainless fasteners

Very interesting Tomas.
I can apply enough torque with the bolt extractor, but I've had to be 
moderate with the torch
so I don't blast the finish off the billet-cut bracket.
I'll see if I have any nickel rod in the may-come-in-useful bin.
