[DeTomaso] Vent to tank gas leak

I plan on running a vent - just not to the original location.

BTW, I didn't run a vent - at all - for several years.  It was plugged.  Most likely there was enough leakage around the Hall Permacap.  All I know is I didn't have any of the normal problems associated with a non-vented system.
