You just need to tighten up the nut behind the wheel. :>)
Seriously, it's no big deal that the inside edge of the tire rubs the
inside of the fenderwell at full lock; it only happens at low speeds anyway.
You can either train yourself to not turn the wheel quite so far, or accept
the situation as being insignificant.
Having said that, if you have an early car without rolled fenderwells, then
at full lock, with larger-than-stock tires, it's quite easy for the tire to
reach up and grab the fender lip and peel it inside out when turning into
driveway etc. so be on the lookout for that.
