Hey Jack, and all! It's not any closely guarded secret. I designed the
long throw slave concept over 20 years ago. I make all of the parts for
that both types of slave cylinders on our CNC using American made 303
stainless bar for the body, the plunger and the eyebolt matched with a hard
anodized piston for longest wear. When they ran out of repair kits, I had
all the seals and boots made too, only not in China or India on the cheap,
but in England by the same people that used to make some of AE's rubber
caliper seals and hoses. Then they are assembled and tested right here in
the shop. Quality stuff if I say so myself. If its not a stainless body
with the other mentioned stainless items, then it's not from Pantera East.

Cheers
Marino

A closely guarded secret- probably from some Japanese machine. They come
with all casting numbers ground off. Get them from the Pantera vendors- all
carry the part, you'll have it in a few days and they are well worth the
cost.
Installs exactly like a stock iron cylinder- which is also worth something.
Good luck- J Deryke
