With all due respect, bumper height ain't got a thing to do with ride
height, it is measured as the difference between the lowest point on the
chassis and the ground.  I would agree that using the bumpers is easier
providing no body lift  rubbers, spring spacers or lift kits are installed,
obviously not a Pantera concern,  but if you are looking to adjust the
suspension and share that info, the frame is the non variable true measuring
point. Feel free to wiki "ride height" for a detailed explaination .
Michael Shortt.  I'd still look at brakes first.
