Dan would have to answer that.   I suspect what he'll say is that while the 
program accurately predicts the horsepower numbers, it does so at a 
different rpm than they actually occur in the engine.   That would mean that the 
horsepower is lower at a given rpm than the program predicts, but that the 
ultimate peak number is the same.

That's just my guess though.   Dan?
