* This note is from Mike Drew about the tech session:

Pantera cooling systems can work remarkably well if they are properly
bled, but it is enormously difficult to get all of the air out of the
system. A Pantera equipped with perfect radiator, fans and water pump
may still overheat if there is residual air trapped in the system.

I recently have acquired a magnificent device, which uses shop air from
an air hose to create a vacuum on the cooling system. In practice, I
just place the device atop the pressure tank in place of the radiator
cap, open a valve, and vacuum is created on the cooling system. That
valve is closed, and another valve opened, connected to a hose in a
bucket of water/antifreeze. The vacuum draws the fluid into the system.
By repeating this sequence, virtually 100% of the air can be removed
from the cooling system.

I am going to bring this tool to the tech session with the ambition of
bleeding all the air out of every Pantera radiator present. So bring
your car, and perhaps a jug of water/antifreeze, and prepare to be
amazed at the results!
