Is that part # the same as the f-150 and most all other ford window lift motors? the windstar came with 4 hole motor but the replacement motors are the 3 hole just like most ford motors. you can install the 3 hole motors the same as the 4 hole ones, you just have to turn the motor 90 deg and cut the old motor lip off. this makes reinstalling the factory motor hard. But I don't know why you need to.    Todd Reid
