[DeTomaso] Dead pedal

Ya what Mikey said. I went to pretty extreme measures to make a dead pedal 
area. I cut out the inner fender wheel well and made a foot well and 
relocated the drain tube. I may have some pics around some where if you 
could use them.  Lots of work but way more better.
