Folks, I ride the car about 200 miles a year. I last changed the oil about 1-1/2 years ago. I use synthetic. Its been so long I forgot what grade synthetic I used. Can anyone let me know what a stock 72 should get? I think I used mobil 1 or Gastrol synthetic with a Motorcraft FL-1A filter. Oil is clean but I heard filters degrade over time? Thanks
