[DeTomaso] Headlight Raising Speed

Attached are the pics.  Like I said, it was an experiment, so it doesn't
look pretty yet. The spring was a left over from a set of throttle springs I
purchased long ago.  A tighter non-shiny spring with a longer distance
between the spring part and hook would be better.
