M4x0.7, 8.8 is 2.9 Nm

I been having trouble locating torque specs for the following machine
screws.  Anyone have a source for this info:

#8-32 grade 5 and grade 8 machine screw
M4x.7 grade 8.8 and 12.9 machine screw
