Getting back to the original question they would in fact fit well on a 10"
rim. They will look ridiculous as Mike says but I'm sure they would make the
car much more stable at the rear end than the 285/50 tires. The OD is very
similar to a 225/50 in case someone wants to test fit one for a side view
preview.

Absolutely not, I'm afraid.   They are very, very short and are intended
for the FRONT of a GT5 or GT5-S.   People have put them on the back of a
normal Pantera and they look absolutely ridiculous. :<(
