be plugged in at right time to set time:

Also, there's a company in New Mexico that can take your Veglia gauges
and install VDO internals with a 
matched sending unit. This will make the gauges read correctly and still
maintain the original look of the gauge 
set. Don't know if they can offer the additional gauges you seek, but
might be worth checking.
