It's on the relay panel to the left of the driver, mounted in a 
corresponding location to the fusebox on the passenger side.   It's got a white base 
and a clear plastic cover.

On the early cars, the relay panel was mounted upside down under the 
dashboard forward of the glovebox--real pain to access those!
