Your car has stock Ariston shocks.   They're not particularly special, or 
particularly good, but neither are they terrible--except perhaps yours are. :<

There are tons of people who probably have stock shocks sitting around, 
gathering dust.   Given that you are broke, and under some time pressure, 
perhaps somebody would volunteer up a set?
