EFI pumps ARE high pressure and cannot be regulated down for carbs 
successfully. Thats why I used a TBI in-tank pump which does NOT run at such high 
pressure and can be regulated down suceessfully. EFI pumps are also often 
built into huge plastic housings that may fit in their fuel tanks but certainly
