[DeTomaso] NPC: Fake Census Forms scam warning

There are actually -two- census being taken.  The one required by law is 
the simply very short three page affair that all households will 
receive.  The second is another much longer one that only a small 
percentage of households will receive.  I don't know the whole deal 
behind the other one, but it's very possible you received one of each, 
many people are, and it's not really a bogus deal.  If you go to the 
census web site it has more information.  I'd encourage you to do that 
for your own peace of mind and/or to report the suspected fraud.
