[DeTomaso] Replacing stock cooling fans

Hi Henrik
I see a lot of good radiator and fan advice in other responses.
Let me add that 2 degrees too-little advance can turn a well-behaved 
Cleveland into a cooling problem.
(I've been all along the advance curve while fighting CO and HC emissions)
