No, it's not.
I couldn't get many of the locals to stay for the whole 2 days and I didn't 
get one American confirmation.
We've got only a handful of die-hards ( east-west coordinators) that will go 
anywhere. The rest, well, they would rather keep their cars in the garage 
than get out and drive/show them off.
