Yes and no.

If you are referring to the in-board ones, the wrench space
is a little tight, yes?

If you rotate the wheel to best make wrench space for each nut
it will go a little easier.  
I use a wrench versus a socket with a "flex" head or universal adapter.

You get about 1/6th of a turn.

If the out-board bolts are already disconnected the whole half-shaft assembly
can be angled away for even more access space.
