[DeTomaso] Next tool for the community toolchest?

I'd like a 6061-T6 replica of the inside door handles.

I'd like them to be thicker than stock, so they can be used w/out the chrome trim.

I think they would look nice polished too.  Do you know anyone that is good at polishing handles?

I don't think it would be too hard to make the handles, but the inside splines might be difficult.

I've often wondered if it would be good job for a 3D profiler, 3D plastic printer, fed into a CNC - or would the inside splines still be too difficult?
