It's not Pantera-specific, it's just standard car stuff.

The hinges (where they go into the door) are slotted to allow fore-aft
movement. You can also raise and lower the rear of the door thanks to these
slots. The captive nuts in the body (where the hinges bolt to the A-pillar
post) are free to float, so you can move the door in and out relative to the
centerline of the car; you can also rotate the top out relative to the
bottom and vice versa.

Sounds to me like you need to remove your interior door panel, then
carefully loosen the six bolts that hold the door to the hinges, and slide it ever
so slightly backwards. You can even do this job with the door closed,
letting the body help locate the door. Don't pry on the door to move it
around, unless you use something soft like a wood paint stirrer. If necessary,
open the door up and gently slide it backwards in the hinges. It's a good
idea to support the back edge of the door with a floor jack. Be VERY
careful when you close the door, ensuring that the leading edge doesn't strike the
back edge of the fender, the upper corner of the door trim doesn't hit the
body, and the back edge of the door clears properly too.

Mike (who needs to rehang his passenger door too, as it sits too far to the
rear and the upper corner is hitting the body)
