[DeTomaso] How to recondition a steering wheel

I'd think the labor alone to do it would exceed the price of new.
Shelley and I recently took a leather purse with a broken strap in to a
leather shop to have it repaired. $75 an hour, with one hour minimum.
She had paid less for the purse, so we declined and bought another one.

Buy a new wheel.
