First, the girdles surround and clamp only on the 16 rocker stud nuts, 
which if I remember from 15 yrs ago, are not part of a bolt-conversion system 
such as Crane's. And I doubt the 5/16" bolts in the non-Boss conversions are 
strong enough anyway. Boss type rocker studs are 2 or 3 sizes larger in dia, 
and THEY sometimes break at high rpms. Adapting a girdle might be a
