I got curious so I asked.
Below are the results from the Red Line Oil Web Site Application Request

Recommendations: Recently there has been some discussion of cam wear and the
need for ZDDP in our engine oil . I was not able to find any information
regarding ZDDP in your technical information. Should I be using a ZDDP
additive in my Cleveland engine? Thanks

Thank you for contacting Red Line Oil, our oils contain good ZDDP levels and
provide extremely good anti-wear protection for flat tappet cam and lifter
protection. In your Cleveland I would recommend the 10W30, it contains 1200
ppm phosphorus a significant level so additional wouldn't be necessary.
