[DeTomaso] Pulling the camshaft out of a 351C

It shouldn't even be close.  On a standard 351C, the cam journals get 
smaller as you go further into the engine.  So if it turns easily when 
fully installed it should be sloppy one journal out.  There must be 
something blocking it.  A forgotten lifter, the distributor, some 
foreign object?
