[DeTomaso] water pump mounting hole repair

The block isn't cracked so the LNS plugs don't seem like they'd be of any
help but I'll look into the metal-loaded epoxies.

What about filling the hole, re drilling and tapping at 5/16.
There are a bunch of metal-loaded epoxies that are supposed to take that
kind of torque,
or LNS plugs, but I don't know where to go for those.
