Try a strore like Graingers that sells industrial parts, that's where I
bought the rubber isolaters for my new MSD assembly mounting plate. You
might also cut up and or double layer a mud flap from a semi truck. Michael

I've made them by cutting tire side walls.  That will be too thin but
I've used them in layers.  Use a high speed cut off wheel.
