[DeTomaso] Need new shocks - which to go with

I recently was going through the same process of selecting which shocks to
go with. Originally I was going to buy the Aldans, but after more research
and looking at the motor sports pros who use KONI I decided I too would
bite the bullet and go with the KONI's. After a lengthy discussion with
Dennis Quella and his observation that once set up adjustments were a very
rare event, I decided to go with the steel body shocks (as opposed to the
aluminum for allot more money) Dennis virtually guaranteed me that I would
be happy with the set up . He sent them to me with all the adjustments set
(including the spring adjustments and the mounting bushings wired in place
as well as tags indicating front / rear, top / bottom in other words really
idiot proof which considering the level of my mechanical experience was a
good idea. The shocks are beautiful and went in very easily. I have not had
the opportunity to drive the car yet but I am looking forward to
experiencing all the changes I have made to my cars suspension and breaks.
It should be like driving a new car!
