[DeTomaso] Has anyone tried Eastwood Diamond Clear for the ZF, valve covers, etc?

I have used the stuff quite a few times on manifolds.  I like it a lot.  It
always leaves a natural finish.  Goes on like water.  Stinks like #$^%.  I
don’t know how you would get it off a cast aluminum piece.  The little bit
that gets on the gasket surfaces is pretty tough to get off.  I used to try
various paints and they all yellow over time or burn off.

Don't know how it would be on a polished surface.
