[DeTomaso] Has anyone tried Eastwood Diamond Clear for the ZF, valve covers, etc?

Yes, I read the same thing and sealing in the pores would seem counter
productive as well.

Although I did see a Black one with the rib edges sanded clean it it looked
totally awesome.
