Idler Pulley  (3 1/8 Dia.…..slightly larger than stock)   Factory Air 
#45902   ~$20  Auto Zone/ Kragens 
 
AC idler pulley with bearing and bolt is NAPA # 209842 ~  $20

While you have it apart, weld the head of the idler pulley mounting  bolt 
to a strip of metal so it can't rotate in the channel.
 
An alternative is to the toss the idler completely, slot the holes  the 
compressor mounting bracket, and position the compressor to tension the  belt.
