[DeTomaso] Overheating Issue

Did you by chance also check the timing marks i.e. that the TDC mark is actually still TDC on cylinder #1 to verify the harmonic balancer bonding ring had not slipped.

 

How about any loss of coolant or 'gassing' in coolant that would be indicative of a blown head gasket?
