The Pantera sender is quite unique in it's resistance range.
 
Get the Autometer 240 to 33 ohm sender. Note that the Autometer sender has no "fuel level low" switch as does the Pantera. The Autometer sender will, no doubt, require some mods to install in a Pantera tank and several tests to get the float rod bent "just right." 
 
BTW, Stewart-Warner makes 240-33 senders. Good information at:

An alternative is to install an electronic gauge adapter circuit between the sender and the gauge. At least two listers have built these circuits. If you are interested in this solution, let me know.
