[DeTomaso] Track Car/Street Car news

The September Ferrari/Shelby event has a stringent tech but no roll bar requirement. Guys run street F cars, but most are not out to set any records. 

I'm not sure where on course the latest accident occurred but most deaths have been on one corner with a shear drop and lacking any safety barrier.
