Approved at 400+ kph, and only usable on a very limited number of very 
expensive cars probably.

I saw the Top Gear program where James May takes the Veyron to its top 
speed, and he said that the tires only last about 15 minutes at the top 
speed, but that is OK as the fuel runs out in 12 :-)
