I'm still on the Yokohama front tires that was on the car when I bought 
it, and I've replaced the rears once.

You should be glad you don't own a Bugatti Veyron. Apparently the tires 
are supposed to be changed every 4000 km (2500mi), and at over €20k 
(US$28k) for a set of the Veyron unique tires, it will become seriously 
expensive. The rims are to be replaced every 16000km (10000mi), and 
clock in at €15k. The annual service is also €15k
