[DeTomaso] Heater control options

Dave,

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a way to convert the stock rocker switch
into a rocker pot to retain the stock look while providing variable fan
control?

Not done yet Asa Jay, but I'm putting a rotary pot and PWM control on
the heater fan.
The dash is completely non-stock anyway and low-speed isn't working,
so I'll just run variable-speed control on the hi-speed line and toss
the big resistor in the scrap pile.

I'm putting PWM control on the Meziere pump and the rad fans and have
channels free,
so the heater fan and wipers (low-speed not working there either) are
natural speed-control candidates.

Other issues have derailed this for the moment though.
