Ken,
The problem is that the stock 351C keepers have an OD that fits big block sized retainer holes. All aftermarket keepers I have tried are too small in OD. I'll forward some pics to you.

I thought they are 11/32, and there are plenty of 11/32 locks available.

Are there single grove keepers that have the same diameter as the stock multigroove keepers? I couldn't find any myself. The suggestions so far have been using Boss retainers that supposedly have a smaller hole than the stock retainers and would fit the commonly available keepers.
