As jg point out, the hole in the manifold is at an angle to the runner making it oval. This was the reason I used a "lock screw" to secure the boss. I also filed a Vshape slot in the boss to hold epoxy. The boss will only tilt in one direction so the screw will lock this motion to 100%. Goran
