That's what I used.  Came from JC Whitney at a reasonable  price, threw out 
the speakers and wiring, and repalced with upgrades.  The  speakers are 
right over your head where you can hear very well, however, I never  turn the 
stereo on when driving.  Too much other good stuff to listen  to.
