[DeTomaso] Windshield removal

The trim comes out with the windshield and gasket as one. I know this
because I broke my windshield while trying to remove the trim (poor advice
from someone who thought they knew).
Remove the interior pieces. You will then be able to see the inner portion
of the gasket. You windshield is already broken, so I would push on the
windshield while pulling on the gasket lip.
With a couple of extra hands to pull the gasket back, it will relieve the
grip and the glass should come out easily.
