[DeTomaso] Pushrod Guide Plates

I'm finishing my 4V CC heads as we speak. Is there a brand of pushrod guide plates that anyone has found to be better or in need of less modifications, etc.

I've seen pictures of guide plates that have been cut and re-welded to get a better alignment which surprised me that had to be done. This is one of those parts where cheaper could definitely create more work and not be worth the savings. Thanks for any information you have.
